Probably not -- it is like an iPhone and iPod Touch. The Dock port can be connected to a USB port on a Mac or PC, but that is for syncing and power. You can't connect to the Internet on it. But if you are connecting to your Mac or PC -- the one it syncs to -- then you can put new media on it, sure.
