iTunes convert for iPod

I have read the quick tip on converting movies for iPod via iTunes.

I was wondering whether this is a destructive or non destructive way og doing it?

    Depends what format you are converting to. MP3 and AAC are compression formats. You will lose some quality. But whether you can hear the difference is another matter.
