To answer your first question: You don't sync music from your iPhone to your Mac. It is the other way around. You sync from your Mac to your iPhone. Why? Well, that is a complex answer having to do with Apple and the music industry and piracy.
There is an exception: when you purchase music on your iPhone from iTunes. Then it does sync back to your Mac, as long as the iTunes account is authorized using your same ID as you have for your iPhone. But I'm guessing this isn't your issue.
But how did you get the music on your iPhone in the first place? If you had the iPhone synced with another Mac, then you simply have to take that music from that other mac and put it on your new Mac. Is that your situation?
For your second question, I'd check all of your settings in iTunes for that iPhone. It sounds like maybe you transferred all of your contacts and calendars before, and then switched computers, maybe? This shouldn't normally happen. But there are iTunes settings to replace all contacts and calendars on the iPhone with the ones on your Mac, and then you should be in sync from them on.

Actually I have purchased music from ITunes on my IMac and would like to transfer to my IPhone

Simply connect your iPhone to your iMac, sync. Then go through the settings in iTunes to determine which music syncs. Sync again.

If I have new Imac , and an iPhone, how can I go by transfer all my contact and calender and note to the Imac without loosing them from my iPhone

What did you sync your iPhone to before? The first thing you should do is to transfer your info from your old confuter to the new one. Once you have all of your old Info on the new computer, then when you change your iPhone to sync to your new computer it will get the data from there.

What is the easiest or best way to transfer all of your iTunes info from a PC to a new mac. I want to transfer music, movies, books, bookmarks, etc.

I would put all the media files on an external disk. Then hook in into your Mac and drag and drop all the files into iTunes.

Can anyone teach me how to put photos from my iphone to imac. Thank you.

Do you mean photo you took with the camera on your iPhone, that are now in the "camera roll" -- just sync with your Mac and run iPhoto. Then import the photos as you would with any digital camera.

I have bought tons of music from iTunes store and it has been synced to my iMac. I also have put my purchased CD's on the iMac. How do I download — only those I've checked — from my iMac to my iPhone??? I have an iTunes store account.

Connect your iPhone to your Mac. Run iTunes. Select your iPhone on the left. Then select the Music tab. Then set that up so it only syncs the music you want.
