“System extension cannot be used”

After updating EyeTV software to 3.3 on my Snow Leopard MacBook Pro (apparently successfully), I got the following message upon quitting EyeTV:

The system extension “/System/Library/Extensions/AirGrabFirewallModule.kext” was installed improperly and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or contact the product’s vendor for an update.

How can I find the vendor (Elgato, likely guess??) and how does one go about reinstalling a “kext?”

Follow Up:
When I just emailed about the kext reinstallation, I hadn’t dismissed the message at that point. I just did and found there were a whole bunch of similar messages waiting for me, not all Elgato. Wacom was one I noticed. What has God wrought?

Thanks.

Emailing the vendor is the way to go. No way to help beyond that since I don't have the device. If the problem started with an install from them, then only they might know what to do. Do they have a support phone #?

I have the device and had the same error when I updated. However, it installed fine and also appears to be working fine thus far.
