Change default zoom in Lion Pages

I need my default zoom to be 175% but this is not an option in the zoom menus. I have tried entering the following script into terminal (some people report that this works) but it does not seem to take effect. Any advice?
defaults write com.apple.iWork.Pages SLDefaultsPageScale 1.75

    I'd imagine that the "SL" part of the default setting means Snow Leopard. That is why it isn't working in Lion. Not sure if there is a default setting for this in Lion.
