I try to send multiple (two) documents from Pages for iPhone in one email. I cannot find a way how. Is there a chance?

It is a function of the app. So if the App lets you select more than one document, then yes. the Photos app, for instance. But if Pages only lets you select one, then I guess it can't be done.
