How Do I Change the Titles On Imported Pictures To Date and Time In Photos?

In iPhoto on MAC there is a drop down menu choice under Photos “Shift-Command-B” used to change selected pictures Titles to the date and time (from EXIF data) when they where snapped.

…like: 2019-10-12 23:14 (I’m from Sweden – so we use this date and time formatting)

-Where is this brilliant menu choice in the new Photos app on MAC?

There's no option to do that in Photos.
What is your goal here? You don't need to have the name of your photos also contain the time. That's already part of the photos metadata. Having it in a second place isn't that useful. You can already search and create smart albums, etc, using the time. Plus, you see the date when you browse through the photos.
Maybe if I knew your goal, I could suggest something.

Found a script for this at: https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-8432
...and it works well with Photos 4.0 in MacOS 10.14.6
(I have not tested it in Catalina Photos 5.0 yet...)
    -Thanx!
