How Do I Deselect Multiple Checkboxes In Numbers?

Is there a way I can deselect a list of checkboxes ie set their values to false in Numbers? I use the list to mark off tasks by the month, but at end of month there are 30+ to reset as these tasks are repeated each month.

I can think of two ways. First, you can uncheck one of them. Then select that one, and Command+c to copy. Then select all of the checkboxes, and Command+v to paste.

The second way is to select them all, then Delete to clear. Then Format (sidebar button), Cell (sidebar header), Data Format: Clear. So basically, remove the checkboxes and add them again. It sounds harsh, but it only takes a few seconds, so why not?
