How Do I Enable Notifications/Alerts for Emails Received From a Specific Contact?

I’d like to receive a distinctive sound and banner notification/alert when I receive an email from a specific contact.

I want to respond to an invitation for COVID vaccine. The window for applying is short, therefore, an immediate alert is imperative.

    Set up that contact as a VIP. Go to Mail. If you are viewing a mailbox like "All Inboxes" then use the "< Mailboxes" button tt at the top to return to the list of all mailboxes. Tap on the "i" button next to the VIP mailbox. Then tap Add VIP... to add that contact as a VIP. Then tap the VIP Alerts button. Now set that up as you like, custom sound and all.
