Hi Gary. I shot a few videos on my my iPhone 4. It was a musical show where a singer was singing with a band to an Audience. I was part of the Audience and shooting the Share area ! (low light where I was but the stage had the lighting)
The videos looked perfect and very sharp and clear on the phone itself. But on using Airplay to stream in via Apple Tv on my 26″ TV, it lookwed very grainy and pixelated.
Any tips ?

Remember that your iPhone 4's screen is much much smaller than a 26-inch TV. So naturally it will look better there.
But the quality of any video depends on the light. If it was a low light situation, it will look grainy, yes. Also, don't zoom. Zooming on the iPhone isn't an optical zoom, it is digital. So it is just expanding the pixels in the middle of your field.
TV screen size irrelevant. I have an IPhone 5. Video is awesome on the phone but on Facebook, where the expansion is minimal.... nothing but pixels.
