Gary whenever I record or keep aMONITOR on in Garagband while recording myself sing to an instrumental track, I always feel there is a lag in my voice even though i keep perfect while recording it.

I consistently get a message when in itunes that says “to access this podcast, you need to log in to rss.mac.premiereradio.net” However, I am not subscribed to a podcast from them. How can I get this message to stop appearing?

I love ScreenFlow, but am not sure about resizing.
If I resize the initial screencast to 1280 X 720 I get a black border.
If I export to that size, some images are distorted.

Gary I made a software in Microsoft ACCESS and i use the Iphone App – DATA GLASSES for the viewing the Records in it.
