i wanted a good task management software where i can handle projects and delegate task to people i wish to take out printouts date wise and people wise also i saw many in the google search a7 could not decide which one do you think is the best? i also wish the tasks to be displayed on my desktop so that i can see them as soon as i open my mac book!!

I really can't make a recommendation as I don't use this kind of software. I have head that people like OmniPlan, so you should check that out.
