Quickly Close All Safari Tabs On iPhone

If you often find yourself with many webpages open in Safari on your iPhone, you don’t have to close them all one-by-one. You can tap and hold the tabs button which looks like two overlapping squares. Then the option will appear to Close All X Tabs.

    I tried this on my iPhone 7 and it's didn't work. What am I not getting?

    Further too. I messed with is and found that I do NOT get the 'all tabs' message. Rather I get only 'close this tab' ... BUT when I hit it ... all the open tabs, close. Very cool.

    John: Which version of iOS? Perhaps you only had one tab open?
