When I’m viewing my Mac’s Hard Drive content from a PC (a have a driver for HFS+) a see a lots of .DS_Store files. I know that these are Mac versions of the Thumbs.db files on Windows, but I still want to remove them.
Please answer me!

I don't think you want to remove them. If you do, then those folders won't work as well on your Mac. Perhaps there is a way to have your PC ignore these files? Otherwise, it is best just to ignore them yourself.
