How to change the color of clip art in Pages

How do you change the color of clip art in Pages? I could do it in publisher and I can’t figure it out for Pages.

    Select the image. Choose View, Show Adjust Image. There is also a button in the toolbar to bring up the Adjust Image window. Then play with the many image settings in there, including saturation, tint and other color controls.
