Not really sure what you are looking for. I've never created a YouTube background -- do you mean one that can be used as a background for a YouTube channel Web page? I would suppose most of those are made in Photoshop, not a presentation tool like Keynote.
Yes that's what I was trying to accomplish. I have Elements not Photoshop
Photoshop Elements is fine. That's all you need. I'd see if there are some tutorials out there for doing exactly what you want. Or just read up on the specs at YouTube and figure it out step-by-step.
