How Do I Use a Photo From My Photos Library?

I am on a website (fishing forum). One of the options is you can upload a picture. I see no way to do that on my Mac. I click “Choose File” on the website, then what? Thanks in advance.

You’ve got a few choices. First, you could click choose file and then in the dialog that appears, you can click on Photos in the left sidebar under Media and choose from your Photos library.

You could also just have Photos open in another window, and drag and drop from Photos into this dialog.

You usually can also drag and drop from the Finder or Photos on to the “Choose File” button on a website, but it depends on what they allow for that particular site.

I actually did a tutorial on this a while back and it is basically the same today: https://macmost.com/choosing-photos-to-upload.html
