Quickly Change Proxy Settings

I go back and forth from school and home all the time with my MacBook Air. The Network at my school requires a proxy server settings put in for HTTP and HTTPS. Everyday I have to go into system preferences/network/advanced/proxies and check the two proxy servers. Is there a quicker way to do this? Is there a terminal command? If so maybe there can be a Dashboard widget created for that.

Yes, there is a way to do this quickly.
Go into System Preferences, Network. See at the top where it says "Locations" and there is a pull-down? You can choose Edit Locations from that menu and create one for Home and one for School.
Then change it to your current location and set everything in that Network panel for it. Then when you go home/to school switch to the other location and set everything for it.
Now you have two locations and you can switch between those settings using the Apple menu very easily.
    See episode 171: http://macmost.com/using-network-locations.html
