I want to Install Catalina. I have Mojave at present.
I have downloaded Catalina, but when asked which disk to Install MacOS Catalina I am told my HD is not formatted for APFS.
Can you please tell me how to format my HD for APFS?

I recently upgraded to Catalina. As a result any old XLR files will not open. Is there a way to convert them to Number files? or export them to an XLS configuration. My Office for MAC was 32 bit and got wiped out with the upgrade.

Can I backup a SD card (Transend 130 Jetdrive light) with time machine? In the window where you can exclude files on time machine, the SD card is shown, but I cannot select it to be removed from the list. Is there a way around this?

Numbers 6.2 using (stock, Price) provides the closing price of a stock on the previous day. I have access to real time prices on several web sites, however it would be very helpful to have them in my current Numbers spread sheet.
