Hi Gary is it better to store pages, numbers and keynote files in the pages, numbers, keynote’s own app folders than to store them in different folders (your own) or the document folder? Or is it just a matter of preference?

For some reason, since yesterday, every time I click on a .pdf file, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC opens the file(s.)
In my system (iMac macOS High Sierra 10.13.6) I. used to have Preview as the default .pdf opener/reader. I must have screwed up somewhere!

When using the Finder’s “Use Stacks” feature (ugh.. apple naming… don’t they talk to the folks who did the “Display as Stack” in the Dock!?) in Mojave the resulting arrow groupings (folders?) are forced to the right side of the desktop. ... (2 Comments)

I find that the app changes the TAB-size, indent and line-spacing almost at will and I can find no settings where I can control any of these functions

With Catalina OS around the corner, 32 bit Apps will not be supported. I checked the long list of my 32 bit Apps and will have no need for them. Is there a way to delete them all in one fell swoop as they would be just taking up space?

I have recently tried to do iCloud backups on three iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPad Pro). I have gotten notices the backup was comp,etc, but there is 0kb in the backup. I do have sufficient iCloud memory (50gb). The backups do not show there when I check usage of iCloud storage. ... (2 Comments)
